Experience. Perspective. A Shared Commitment to Helping Others Align Their Success with the Life They Want.
Prosperity Design was founded on a simple belief:
Success becomes more meaningful when it is aligned with the life you truly want to live.
Throughout our careers, we have had the privilege of working with successful professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, physicians, and dentists who have achieved extraordinary levels of success.
Yet we observed a common challenge.
As success grows, life often becomes more complex. Important decisions affecting family, finances, business, retirement, legacy, and personal fulfillment are frequently made independently rather than as part of one coordinated strategy.
Prosperity Design was created to help bring those decisions together.
Our mission is to help successful professionals gain greater clarity, create stronger alignment, and make confident decisions that support the life they truly want.
Dan Romance
Over the past twenty years, Dan Romance has served as a trusted advisor to successful entrepreneurs, dentists, physicians, and business owners throughout the United States. His passion has always been helping accomplished professionals navigate important decisions while aligning their success with what matters most.
Dan has been a featured speaker at national, state, and local conferences, sharing practical strategies that help leaders think more intentionally about their businesses, their families, their finances, and their future.
Known for asking thoughtful questions rather than providing quick answers, Dan enjoys helping clients simplify complexity, gain perspective, and make confident decisions. Building long-term relationships is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work, and his commitment to serving others is reflected in every client engagement.
Dan and his wife, Laurie, live in Sebastian, Florida, with their petite Husky, Ella. Outside of Prosperity Design, he enjoys traveling with Laurie in their RV, listening to music, exercising, spending time with family, and continually studying leadership, personal growth, and lifelong learning.
John M. Scott
For more than three decades, John has advised leaders, built businesses, and helped clients navigate the decisions that shape their futures. His approach extends beyond traditional consulting by integrating business strategy, financial stewardship, leadership, family priorities, succession, and legacy into one intentional framework.
John believes the quality of every business, family, and legacy is shaped by the quality of the decisions behind them. Those decisions are strengthened not by more information alone, but through greater clarity, intentional alignment, and thoughtful guidance. That conviction is the foundation of Prosperity Design's Strategic Advisory philosophy.
Grounded in leadership, stewardship, and integrity, John helps clients see the bigger picture, ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and make decisions with confidence. His goal is to help clients intentionally design a future that strengthens their families, fulfills their vision, and creates an enduring legacy.
John serves as President of Grace Lutheran Church in Vero Beach, Florida, chairs its Board of Elders and school board, and serves on the Board of Regents of Bethany Lutheran College, where he contributes to the strategic governance of one of the nation's most respected Christian liberal arts colleges. Whether advising a business owner preparing for the next stage of growth, helping a family think intentionally about the future, or guiding a leader through a pivotal decision, John's mission remains constant: helping others achieve Clarity- Alignment- Freedom. Greater clarity makes intentional alignment possible. Intentional alignment creates the opportunity to live and lead with greater freedom.
John's passions includes helping others achieve exceptionalism, a well-balanced work and home life, financial freedom, and a secure future for themselves, their families, and future generations. John and his wife, Mary, live in Vero Beach, FL, with their Rottweiler, Titus.
