Prosperity Family Care

Care for your family today. Give them clarity for tomorrow.

Prosperity Family Care is a structured approach to organizing the information and responsibilities that help your family care for one another and move forward when life changes.

You may have important documents, established accounts, trusted advisors, and thoughtful plans. But would the people you love know where to begin if you could no longer guide them?

Prosperity Family Care helps bring that information together, giving your spouse, partner, and adult children a clearer understanding of what exists, where to find it, whom to contact, and which responsibilities need attention.

Clarity today. Continuity tomorrow. Care for the people you love.

Would your family know where to begin?

In many households, one person carries much of the knowledge that keeps daily life running. That person may manage the finances, communicate with advisors, maintain the property, or keep track of important records.

Over time, this arrangement becomes familiar. The information may never be fully shared.

When illness, incapacity, or death changes that arrangement, even a well-prepared family can face difficult questions:

  • Which institutions hold our accounts?
  • Where are the insurance policies and important legal documents?
  • Which professionals should we contact?
  • What needs attention right away?
  • Who will take over the responsibilities that someone else has always handled?

Prosperity Family Care helps you answer these questions while you can still provide the guidance.

Turn preparation into information your family can use

Having plans in place is an important beginning. Your family also needs to understand how to find and use the information supporting those plans.

Prosperity Family Care helps you organize:

  • Family information: The people, relationships, and circumstances that matter.
  • Professional contacts: Attorneys, CPAs, financial professionals, insurance contacts, and other trusted resources.
  • Financial and insurance information: Institutions, account references, policies, and locations of supporting records.
  • Property and household details: Homes, other properties, important contacts, and ongoing obligations.
  • Legal document locations: Where existing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other important records are kept.
  • Everyday responsibilities: Who handles each responsibility now and who would take over if needed.
  • Family expectations and wishes: Guidance that can help loved ones understand your priorities.
  • Funeral and final arrangements: Existing preparations, preferences, and relevant contacts.
  • Updates and access instructions: Where the current information is kept and who should know about changes.

The result is a practical starting point your family can return to when they need direction.

What is included in the Family Care packet?

Prosperity Family Care Introduction

An explanation of the purpose of Family Care, the needs it addresses, and the value of preparing your family before circumstances change.

Information Organizing Guide

Helpful explanations, examples, and instructions that walk you through gathering the information. You can work through it at a comfortable pace and identify questions to discuss with your family or professional advisors.

Family Information Organizer

A structured place to record essential information, document locations, contacts, and responsibilities. It becomes a reference your family can update as life changes.

You do not need every answer before you begin. Start with what you know, identify what is missing, and build a more complete picture over time.

Strengthen your preparation with two optional products

Every family has different needs. Two additional products are available for separate purchase to complement your Prosperity Family Care packet.

The Vault

Help your family prepare for the digital side of life.

Knowing that an account exists is only part of the picture. Your family may also need to understand how authorized access can be obtained.

The Vault is a separate, password-protected document for organizing sensitive access information, such as user IDs, passwords, PINs, and account recovery instructions.

It provides a designated place for details that deserve additional care and should be kept separate from the information you routinely share with advisors.

As part of your preparation, you identify the trusted person who should know where The Vault is kept and establish how that person can obtain the password when needed. Access remains subject to the account provider’s rules and the person’s legal authority.

The Vault helps address an essential question: “How will the right person find the access information they need?”

Optional product. Available for purchase in addition to the Family Care packet.

Bill Pay Organizer

Help the next person understand what needs to be paid—and how.

Household bills continue even when family circumstances change. The Bill Pay Organizer is an Excel spreadsheet that brings recurring obligations and payment details into a practical reference.

It helps you record:

  • The bill, payee, and due date.
  • The expected amount, including whether it varies.
  • The payment source and method.
  • Whether payment is automatic or requires action.
  • Who handles the bill now and who would take over if needed.

Three tabs support the process:

Recurring Bill Schedule
A central list of monthly, quarterly, and annual obligations, including payment arrangements and responsible people.

Monthly Payment Check
A place to record payments, confirm completion, and identify items that still need attention.

Instructions and Updates
Guidance for using the organizer and keeping a record of reviews and changes.

The spreadsheet helps your family track and verify payments; it does not send payments or connect to bank accounts.

The Bill Pay Organizer helps answer: “What needs to be paid, when is it due, and what do I need to do?”

Optional product. Available for purchase in addition to the Family Care packet.

Three tools with complementary purposes

Prosperity Family Care organizes the broader picture.
Your family can identify important information, locate records, contact professionals, and understand responsibilities.

The Vault organizes sensitive access details.
You can prepare a separate reference for trusted, authorized access.

The Bill Pay Organizer organizes recurring payment responsibilities.
Your family can understand the payment routine and track what needs attention.

Choose the additional products that fit your household and the preparation you want to put in place.

Make the handoff clearer before it is needed

Consider a household where one spouse manages the bills, communicates with the CPA, and arranges property maintenance.

The other spouse may know these responsibilities are being handled without knowing the details.

Family Care helps the couple identify who handles each task now and who would take over if needed. The Bill Pay Organizer can document the payment routine, while The Vault can hold the sensitive access information separately.

That preparation also needs to evolve. If a surviving spouse assumes responsibility, the organizer can be updated to reflect the new arrangement and identify the next trusted person who would step in.

Continuity grows stronger when the information reflects your family’s current circumstances.

Who is Prosperity Family Care for?

Prosperity Family Care is designed for people who want to make life easier for those they love, including:

  • Couples where one person manages most financial or household responsibilities.
  • Parents who want adult children to have a reliable starting point.
  • Individuals who want a trusted family member to understand their arrangements.
  • Dentists, physicians, professionals, and business owners whose families depend on knowledge they carry.
  • Families preparing for retirement, changing responsibilities, or a new stage of life.

You do not need a complicated financial life to benefit. You need people you care about and information they may one day need.

Frequently asked questions

We already have a will or trust. Why would we need Family Care?

Legal documents serve an important purpose. Family Care helps organize the practical information around them: where they are kept, whom to contact, what accounts and arrangements exist, and which everyday responsibilities need attention.

Are The Vault and Bill Pay Organizer included in the core packet?

They are optional products available for separate purchase. They complement the Family Care packet and allow you to strengthen specific areas of your preparation.

Do we need to complete everything at once?

No. Work through the information at a comfortable pace. Begin with what you know, make a note of missing details, and return to those items as you gather answers.

Can we share our completed organizer?

Yes. You may share your completed organizer with trusted family members and professional advisors. Because The Vault contains sensitive access information, decisions about sharing it should be made separately and carefully.

How often should we update our information?

Review it periodically and whenever important circumstances change—for example, after an account change, property purchase, change of advisor, or shift in family responsibilities.

Does Family Care provide legal or financial advice?

Prosperity Family Care organizes information and prepares families to work more effectively with their professional advisors. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice.

Continue caring for your family—even when you cannot guide them yourself

Organizing this information is an act of care.

It gives the people you love a clearer starting point during a difficult time. It can reduce searching, ease uncertainty, and help them approach important responsibilities with greater confidence.

You have spent your life caring for your family. Preparing the information they may need is another way to continue that care.

Let’s discuss how Prosperity Family Care—and the optional products that support it—can help you prepare.
