Michael McCracken, DDS, PhD

Dr. McCracken currently serves part-time as a Professor at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry , and part-time as the Executive Director of the Foundry Dental Center. He received his dental degree from the University of North Carolina , and completed a prosthodontic residency at UAB. He earned a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering at UAB for research related to growth factors and healing of implants in compromised hosts, and later a Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology. His past roles within the University include serving as Director of Pre-Doctoral Implant Education, Director of Graduate Prosthodontics, and Associate Dean for Education and Curriculum Development. Dr. McCracken lectures internationally on topics relating to implant dentistry and the restoration of complex dental patients. As one of only 8 board-certified prosthodontists in Alabama, Dr. McCracken enjoys a dual role of both research at the University and clinical teaching and service at the Foundry Dental Center

Barb Stackhouse RDH, M.Ed.

Barb puts relationships and the success of others at the heart of all she does. Her focus is on teaching dentists the simple skills required for a highly profitable practice. Her profitability model utilizes the Profit First System.

Before embarking on her own entrepreneurial journey, Barb enjoyed many years as a hygienist in private practice dentistry. Those years in private practice helped her to understand the stresses that come along with running a busy practice. Her education includes a BS in Dental Health Education and a MS degree in educational leadership.

Barb is also a seasoned coach and consultant having worked alongside Dr. Michael Schuster at The Schuster Center for Professional Development. Her experience and credentials have provided her with insights and real-world solutions to her client’s problems.

She is the founder and owner of More to life.Dental where she lives out her passion for empowering dentists to take control of the financial and business side of their practice. Barb has a passion for life itself and enjoys time with her boys…3 little grandsons who light up her life in big ways!

Bottom line is this. Barb knows the ins and outs of running a busy dental practice. She loves taking what might seem complex to some and making it simple.

Chris Moore National Sales Director at ROE Dental Laboratory

Chris Moore is the National Sales Director at ROE Dental Laboratory and where he has worked since 2018. His background is implant training, team management, technical dental sales and support, and customer relations. Chris provides technical, sales, and marketing support to ROE’s many customers. Much of Chris’ time is spent supporting doctors with guided surgery cases, treatment planning, team data flow and training offices on the latest restorative and surgical digital workflows helping them increase office efficiency and profitability. Prior to his tenure at ROE, Chris spent 10 years in the dental industry working for an implant company and a national dental product distributor. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University.
